Welcome to tshirtnow.website (the “Site”), operated by TshirtNow (“we”, “us”, “our”). Please read these terms before using the Site. By using the Site, you agree to follow and be bound by these terms (the “Agreement”).

User Submissions

All comments, feedback, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed or offered to us in connection with your use of the Site become and remain our property, and such disclosure constitutes an assignment to us of all worldwide rights, titles, and interests in all intellectual property rights in those submissions.

Accuracy of Colors

We have made every effort to display product colors and graphics as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your display’s rendering of any color will be accurate, and we will have no liability for variances between colors displayed on your screen and any finished product.

Products, Prices, Duties, and Taxes

All prices and products are subject to change without notice. We routinely add and remove products and do not guarantee that a listed item is always in stock. All duties, taxes, and license fees incurred in connection with your order are your sole responsibility.

Equipment

You are responsible for providing all equipment and services necessary to access the Site, and for any access charges incurred through your internet service provider.

Legal Compliance

You shall use the Site for lawful purposes only. Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you, if any, shall not exceed the total of the invoice for products and services provided in the transaction in dispute. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, reliance, or special damages, including harm to business, lost profits, lost savings, or lost revenues, whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. These limitations apply regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, warranty, strict liability, or tort, and shall survive failure of an exclusive remedy.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TshirtNow and its directors, members, officers, employees, and agents against all damages, claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of any violation of this Agreement by you or anyone accessing the Site under your account.

Governing Law

The Site is operated from the State of California. The laws of the State of California will govern all terms, conditions, and disclaimers on the Site, including this Agreement, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.
